摘要
辊缝调节装置在铝连续铸轧机中起着重要作用。通过具体工程实例对辊缝调节装置的使用进行了表述,并通过计算,描述了辊缝调节的正常使用,为了保证生产的正常运行及产品质量的稳定性,强调在轧制过程中要正确使用辊缝调节装置。
Roll gap adjustment devices is very important for aluminum continuous casting mill. In this paper,concrete engineering example is given to describe the role of the roll gap adjustment, and by engineering calculating, expounded how to use roll gap adjustment properly,in order to keep the normal production and the stable product, especially illustrate how to adjust the roll gap on line.
