摘要
基于2000~2007年中国大中型工业企业的行业数据,本文利用投入—产出表将行业间R&D溢出区分为前向和后向,使用数据包络方法计算各行业的Malmquist生产率指数,并将其分解为技术效率和技术进步。在控制行业技术特征和所有制结构的条件下,考察了人力资本、R&D、前向和后向R&D溢出以及人力资本和R&D及R&D溢出之间的交互作用对全要素生产率、技术效率和技术进步的影响。最后,还比较了这种影响在高技术产业与低技术产业之间的异同。
Based on industry- level panel data of China's large and medium- sized industrial enterprises over the period 2000 - 2007, this paper calculate Malmquist productivity index of all industries and decompose them into efficiency change and technical change components, furthermore, the inter- industry R&D spillover is distinguished between upward spillovers in terms of Input - Output Table R&D spillovers and downward R&D of 2002. After controlling the potential effects of industry technical characteristics and ownership structure, the paper explores the impact of human capital, R&D investment, upward and downward R&D, and the interaction between human capital and these R&D variables as well, on the TFP, efficiency change and technical change. Finally, the paper examines the difference between high - Tec industries and low - Tec industries.
