摘要
目的：通过对股骨颈骨折和股骨头无菌性坏死患者进行人工髋关节置换术，总结术前和术后的护理体会。方法：回顾我科1998—2008年间24例人工髋关节护理过程。结果：完善术前各项准备、心理护理、康复指导和重视术后病情观察、预防并发症、功能锻炼指导是手术成功必要条件。结论：精心完善的护理使人工髋关节置换的患者取得满意效果，使其顺利通过手术，提高老年人的生活质量。
Objective： femoral neck fracture and aseptic necrosis of femora/head in patients with total hip replacement surgery, summed up the care of preoperative and postoperative experience. Methods - year period 1998 -2008 our department 24 eases of artificial hip joints nursing process. The results improve the preoperative preparations, psychological care, rehabilitation, guidance and at- tention to observation of postoperative illness, prevent complications, functional training guide is a necessary condition for successful operation. Conclusion carefully to improve the care of patients with artificial hip joint replacement to achieve satisfactory results, so that it successfully through surgery to improve the quality of life of older persons.
