摘要
国家中心城市是一个复杂的巨系统。本文在简要介绍国家中心城市的界定、特征和功能的基础上,着重分析了国家中心城市建设中的中心城市职能过度集中、中心城市交通拥堵、城市创新功能不足、城市公共服务和社会管理能力缺失等问题,并结合国际上先进城市在相关问题上的处理经验,探讨突破这些瓶颈的办法。
The concept of national central city is a complex giant system. Based on a brief introduction to the definition, characteristics and functions of this concept, the paper focuses on analyzing the excessive concentration of central city functions, heavy traffic congestion, slow urban innovation, inadequate public services and social management as well as other issues in the construction of national central city. At last, the article explores ways to break through these bottlenecks, combining with international experience of advanced cities in dealing with similar issues.
