摘要
本文叙述了高温高压染色过程计算机控制系统的工作原理以及以八台锅群控为设计目标的硬件结构和软件程序编制。介绍了二级选择的模拟量输入通道,积木式的开关量输出通道;利用键盘作为开关量输入的主要手段。提出了多种染色工艺曲线的存贮办法及阶段的分类、阶段的判别,升温阶段温度给定值的确定方法。文章在管理调度方面提出了控制表形式的程序设计思想,并且还叙述了系统在显示功能方面的特点,介绍了TP-805单板机CRT控制器中全图形工作方式,以及在CRT上显示图形、汉字的工作原理。
This paper describes the principle of Computer-controlled system or high temperature and high pressure dyeing process, discusses the fhardware and software system for the eight-dayvat control. It also introduces the analog input channel of a two-level selection,a modular switching variable output channel and main methods for keyboard entry of switching variables. Varieties of methods are proposed about the curve stored program, classification and decision of the process and decision of temperature in the dyeing process.
In addition the paper proposes a programming concept of the control table in management operatioh, describes the character of the system in display, and introduces the full diagram operating form of CRT control for TP-805 microcomputer and the principle of, China's written characters display.
