摘要
在我国传统的乡土社会中形成的乡土观念并没有随着新中国的建立而消亡。在改革开放的今天的乡村社会的治理中,这种观念不仅存在,并且将长期存在,而且对作为我国走向现代民主政治道路的村民自治组织的绩效将产生极大地影响。这种影响不仅有负面的作用,而且有不可替代的正面作用,我们应该高度重视这一传统观念的影响,不可一味地肯定,也不可一味地否定,而应该对它采取批判的继承的态度。
The rural concept formed in traditional rural society in China has not died out yet with the foundation of the new country. In today＇s administration of the rural society, the concept will not only exist but also last for a long time, and it will produce great influence on the performance of the villager self-governance organization which is regarded as China＇ s modern democratic political path. The influence not only has a negative effect but also plays an irreplaceable positive role. We should pay much attention to the influence of this traditional concept without denying or accepting it totally. Instead, an attitude of inheritance along with criticism should be adopted.
