摘要
将上向流与下向流曝气生物滤池(BAF)串联处理生活污水,研究了组合工艺对COD和NH3-N的去除效能及生物膜上微生物的特性。试验发现,这种组合便于为碳化过程和硝化过程提供不同的反应条件,使对COD和氨氮的去除率得到提高;上向流BAF运行时的水头损失增加较快,运行周期较短;下向流BAF的水流阻力较小,运行周期较长,出水浊度很低;串联运行可以节省反冲洗用水;滤料表面的生物膜和滤料颗粒间隙中的生物絮体都有较高的生物活性,且絮体所起的降解作用和生物膜的一样重要。
The combined process of up-flow and down-flow biological aerated filters in series connection was used to treat domestic sewage. The removal efficiencies of COD and NH3 - N and the characteristics of microorganisms on biofilm were investigated. The results show that the combined process can provide different reaction conditions for carbonization and nitrification, which improves the removal rates of COD and NH3 -N. The up-flow BAF has a rapid increase in water head loss during operation and a shorter operation cycle, while the down-flow BAF has smaller flow resistance, a longer operation cycle and lower effluent turbidity. The operation mode of series connection can save backwash water. The biofilm on carriers and the bioflocs in gaps of carrier particles all have higher bioactivity, and the degradation effect of flocs is as important as that of biofilm.
