摘要
以生物化学糖代谢酶促动力学理论为基础,结合生理学内分泌调节理论,建立了正常人群下丘脑-胰岛轴血糖调节的非线性动力学模型.采用四阶龙格-库塔法对满足模型的一组参变量数据进行了模拟,结果显示血液中葡萄糖和胰岛素浓度的变化与正常人口服葡萄糖耐量(OGTT)试验的数据一致,说明该模型可以反映人体血糖调节过程,是合理的动力学模型.
Non-linear dynamics model of blood glucose regulation by hypothalamus-pancreatic island axis of normal people was set up based on biochemical glycometabolic enzymatic reactionkinetics combining with physiological theory of endocrine regulation.Using the four order Runge-Kutta method to simulate a group of parameter data which fit the modle,the result showed that the change of blood glucose concentration was coincidence with the data of normal oral glucose tolerance test(OGTT).Therefore the model can reflect the process of blood glucose regulation and is one reasonable kinetic model.
