摘要
提出了输出电流精密可调的辐射定标电源的实现方法.以FPGA为系统控制核心,完成键盘输入和输出电流、电压显示,利用D/A芯片来控制输出电流的大小,并采用了数字、模拟反馈电路与最小二乘法相结合的方法来实现输出电流的精密控制.该恒流源的输出电流范围为4~2000mA,步进为0.5mA,能实时显示输出电流和电压值,输出电流与给定电流值的偏差范围为0.1%~0.25%,纹波电流小于0.2mA,输出电压范围在0~12V之间.
A method to realize radiometric calibration power supply of precision adjustable current is presented,combining digital,analog feedback circuit and least squares method.As the core of controlling system,FPGA manage keyboard entering,current,voltage display and the scale of the output current via D/A component.The current value of this constant current source ranges from 4 mA to 2 000 mA and its stepping is 0.5 mA.It can display the current and voltage value in realtime,and the output voltage range is 0 to 12 V.The deviation between output currents and preset currents is less than 0.25% and ripple currents are less than 0.2 mA.
