摘要
通过对我国竞技体育制度的形成、发展与创新的研究,揭示出当前改革存在的问题,即改革创新仅仅注重上层管理体制改革而忽视了基础体制改革,从而导致竞技体育体制改革和创新不够彻底和难以深入。在此基础上提出创新竞技体育制度是时代发展的需要,并对竞技体育制度的管理体制、训练体制、竞赛体制具体的创新内容进行了积极的构想。
According to the study of the formation,development and innovation of sport institution,this paper reveals the existing problem within the recent reform,i.e.,reforming innovation only focuses on the upper management restructuring but ignores the foundation restructuring.Hence,the reform and innovation of sport institution can＇t be finished completely and deeply.It proposes that innovating the sport institution will meet the need of era development.The innovating content of managing system,training system and competing system of sport institution are also be put forward.
