摘要
何日章先生担任国立兰州大学图书馆馆长期间,其办馆思想得到具体体现。在他的主持下,国立兰州大学图书馆采用其三、四十年代广被各大图书馆的研究成果"中国图书十进分类法",建立了严谨完善的管理规章制度,藏书总量也较前增加近4倍,并且修缮了能容纳30万册之巨的馆舍。在国立兰州大学图书馆发展史上,何日章先生可谓戳力擘剧,贡献良多。
As the leader of the Library of Lanzhou University, Mr. He Rizhang＇s thinking about the library developing had been transformed into many concrete measures. Under his management, the library established strict sound management rules and regulations on standards which had been widely accepted by many libraries in our nation ,that is called ＂China Book Decimal Classification＂. At the same time, the total collections were nearly four-folded, and a giant house that could hold 300,000 books had been repaired with his efforts.In conclusion,Mr. He made lots of contributions to the development of the library of Lanzhou University during those days.
