模拟不同海拔高度训练对大鼠红细胞变形性的影响 被引量:15

EFFECT OF MIMIC ALTITUDE TRAINING ON ERYTHROCYTE DEFORMABILITY IN RATS

摘要 本研究用红细胞(RBC)最大变形指数(DImax),血红蛋白浓度、血球压积等指标,以雄性SD大鼠为实验对象,观察了低压氧舱模拟不同海拔高度的训练对鼠RBC变形性的影响。将鼠随机分为三大组:平原安静组(SC),平原训练组(ST),高原组。其中,ST组分为平原训练1周(ST-1),2周(ST-2),3周(ST-3)组;高原组又分为2km,3km,4km三个高度组,在每一组中又有高原安静组(AC),高原训练1周组(AT-1),高原训练后1周组(AT-2),高原训练后2周组(AT-3)。结果发现:AT-1各组DImax均高于SC组(P<0.005),略低于ST-1组;AT-2各组DImax均较相应的AT-1各组高,其中,2km-2与2km-1,3km-2与3km-1间差异显(P<0.01);AT-3各组DImax较AT-2各组有所下降,但仍高于ST-3组和AT-1各组。ST-1组DImax较SC组高(P<0.001),而ST-2,ST-3较ST-1差异不显著。由此推论:1)模拟在平原和高原上训练都能提高SD大鼠RBC变形性,但在高原上不如在平原上训练的效果显著;2)模拟高原训练提高RBC变形性主要表现在高原训练后第? Effect of mimic altitude training on erythrocyte deformability in rats was studied in this paper.Indices including RBC deformability (Dlmax), Hb, Hct etc.were measured. Subjects (100 male SD rats) were randomly divided into the sedentary group(SC),the mimic training at sea level group (ST) and mimic altitude group.ST group was divided into subgroups of training one week(ST 1),two weeks(ST 2)and three weeks (ST 3).Mimic altitude group was divided into subgroups of 2 km, 3 km and 4 km altitude.Every altitude group included sedentary group (AC), mimic one week's altitude training group(AT 1), one week (AT 2)and two weeks (AT 3) post mimic altitude training group.Results showed that the Dlmax of AT 1 was higher than that of SC ( P <0.01),and lower than that of ST 1.The Dlmax of AT 2 was higher than that of AT 1.There was signiffcant difference between 2 km 2 and 2 km 1 ( P <0.01),3 km 2 and 3 km 1 ( P <0.01).The Dlmax of AT 3 was lower than that of AT 2,and higher than that of ST 3 and ST 1.The DImax of ST 1 was higher than that of SC( P <0.01),and significant difference did not exist between ST 1 and ST 2, ST 2 and ST 3.It was suggested that:1)The increasing of RBC deformability of rats by training at sea level was more significant than that by training at mimic high altitude.2)RBC deformability of rats were further increased one week after mimic altitude training.The increasing of the 2 km altitude training group was more significant than the 3 km group,and the increasing of the 3 km group was more significant than the 4 km group.3)Two weeks following mimic altitnde training,the effect of altitude trai ning on RBC deformability was reduced to the sea level training.
