发动机悬置系统固有特性修改

Modification of Dynamic Characteristics for Engine Mounting Systems

摘要 发动机悬置系统和汽车其它子系统固有特性匹配关系对降低整车振动和噪声水平有显著影响。为了得到满意的悬置系统固有特性,设计时往往需对悬置参数进行多次修改。本文将振频修改原理和模态坐标下的矩阵摄动法相结合,提出了对悬置系统固有特性进行修改的有效方法。根据本文提出的方法,对一轿车发动机悬置系统固有特性修改,得到了满意结果。这对发动机悬置系统设计、尤其对当前国内轿车设计、生产具有重要意义。 The matching relations of dynamic characteristics between the engine mounting system and other sub-systems have a great influence on impro-ving automotive ride performance and decreasing the noise level.Usually,mounting parameters will be modificated many times during design inorder to obtain a satisfactory system dynamic characteristics. By usingthe modification principle of natural frequencies and the matrix pertur-bation method in the model coordinate system, a practical method forthe modification of dynamic characteristics about engine mounting systemis presented. According to this method, the satisfactory results havebeen obtained for the engine mounting system of a passenger car. Theseresults are very useful for the engine mounting system design, especiallyfor the design and manufacture of domestic passenger car.
