摘要
针对铜电解净化生产工艺中产生的砷铜渣,采用加压浸出、浸出液净化的处理工艺,使铜成为半成品进入下一道工序,整个过程铜浸出率98%左右,砷浸出率95%左右,锑铋大部分进入渣中,渣率约3%~5%;浸出液净化后含砷在1g/L以下,砷以砷酸钙形式开路。
The arsenic-copper slag which was come from the purification process of copper electrolytic solution,was pressure leached and the leaching solution was purified,the copper was enter into the sequential process as semifinished products,during the process about 98% of copper and 95% of arsenic was leached,while antimony and bismuth was mostly precipitated as the slag,and the slag rate is about 3%~5%.The leaching solution is purified,it contains less than 1g/L of As,the arsenic is removed in the form of calcium arsenate.
