摘要
本文建立的Markov模型B适于计算肾、心、脑、皮肤、脂肪、肌肉中的血药浓度,它具有生理药动学模型的优点，即动力学参数具有解剖学和生理学意义，又能象房室模型一样用简单、优美的形式表示模型的解.
The Markov model B developed in this paper is applicable for the calculation of the blood concentration in the organs such as kidney,brain,skin,fat and muscle.It has the advantage of physiological pharmacokinetics model:its kinetic parameters have anatomy and physiological meanings,and its solution can be expressed succinctly like the atrium model.
