摘要
目的:对床旁血液净化进行管理,保证机器的正常运行,防止院内感染及交叉感染。方法:将移动水处理机、血液透析机搬至患者床旁进行治疗。结果:60例患者床旁血液净化治疗,机器运行良好,无1例发生院内感染及交叉感染。结论:加强床旁血液净化治疗过程中的环节控制和管理,能够及时发现病情变化,提高抢救、治疗成功率,有效避免医疗纠纷和差错事故的发生。
Objective： To manage the bedside blood purification to ensure the normal operation of the machine to prevent nosocomial infection and cross infection. Methods： The mobile water treatment machine, hemodialysis machine moved to bedside patient treatment. Results： 60 patients bedside blood purification treatment, the machine running well, no one cases of nosocomial infection and cross infection. Conclusion： Strengthening the bedside blood purification treatment process in the part of the control and management, and the ability to detect changes in condition, improve rescue, treatment success rate, effectively prevent medical disputes and error accidents.
