摘要
通过检测灌西盐场结晶池卤水表明,卤水中N源偏低,是理想盐藻培养基中含量的1/14,是限制盐藻生物量的主要因素;其它营养成分和pH基本适合盐藻生长;特别是卤水的盐度和[Cl-][SO4-2]的值对盐藻β-胡萝卜积累有利。同时检测了天然藻粉的As、Pb、Hg含量表明,藻有富集AS的作用。
By determining the water of salt pond in Guanxi saltern, Jiangsu province, We found that the basic nutritive material and PH were fit for the algae growth. The nitrogen content was only 1/14 of ideal culture solution, so it was the main restricted factor of halotolerant alage biomass. [Cl-]/[SO4] was very fit for β-carotene accumulation. At the same time, we determined the As, Pb, Hg content in dry algae and found that the algae could accumu late the As.
