实验犬重型颅脑损伤模型的建立和氟碳化合物乳剂对颅内压的影响观察 被引量:4

摘要 〕采用自由落体法,制成犬重型颅脑损伤模型,静脉输注氟碳化合物乳剂OXYGENT并连续观测犬颅内压的变化。结果表明OXYGENT确可增强动物对高颅内压的耐受性,降低死亡率并使升高的颅内压较快回降。实验组和对照组的病理改变,证实静脉输注氟碳化合物乳剂可以减轻脑外伤后神经元的缺血性损害。 In this Experiment, the free fall way was used to make a dog model with heavy craniocerebral injury passing by venoclysis OXYGENT. We could continuously observe the changes of intracranial pressure. The result showed that OXYGENT could increase the animal tolerance to hypertension, decrease the death rate and make the risen intracrania pressure slow down quickly. The changes of pathology between experimental and control groups declared that venoclysis could reduce neuronal ischemic damage after brain trauma. This article discussed some essential element and realization of cooperatin in experimental observation.
