摘要
本文记述中国缘脊叶蝉亚科脊翅叶蝉族１新属——丽斑叶蝉属Ｒｏｘａｓｅｌａｎａｇｅｎ．ｎｏｖ．及１新种——星茎丽斑叶蝉Ｒｏｘａｓｅｌａｎａｓｔｅｌａｔａｓｐ．ｎ．。模式标本分别保存于中山大学生物系昆虫标本室（ＺＵ）、西北农业大学昆虫博物馆（ＮＷＡＵ）、中国农业大学昆虫学系昆虫标本室（ＣＡＵ）和英国自然博物馆（ＮＨＭ，伦敦），文中已分别注明。
A new genus and species of the tribe Paraboloponini are described and illustrated in the present paper. The type specimens are deposited in the Biology Department of Zhongshan University in Guangzhou (ZU), Entomological Museum of the Northwestern Agricultural University (NWAU), Entomology Department of China Agricultural University in Beijing (CAU) and the Natural History Museum in London, U. K. (NHM), where indicated se parately. Roxaxellana gen. nov. Type species: Roxasellana stellata , sp.n. Colour: dorsum brownish with orange markings on vertex, pronotum and scutellum, fore wing brownish subhyaline margined with orange and marked with dark brown apically and as a spot in each cell and at apex of clavus and in all apical cells, ventral surface pale and greenish with brown markings on thoracic sterna, legs pale with orange and brown mar kings and dark brown spots. Front margin of head with two parallel carinae; ocelli marginal between carinae, about double own diameter from eye; antenna longer than half body length, situated at about middle height of eye in facial view; clypellus widened at apex, frontoclypeal sulcus distinct, la teral frontal suture extended to corresponding ocellus. Fore wing with 4 apical and 3 subapical cells , inner two apical cells smaller . Setal formula on foretibia 1 + 4 and on hind femur 2+2+1. Posterior margin of male pygofer side wide and rounded with numerous stout setae. Subgenital plate subtriangulate with a row of stout setae at outer margin. Connective short and inverted V shaped. Aedeagus with socle well developed and branched; shaft tapered to narrowly rounded apex, pair of elongate basal processes posteriorly, gonopore apical. Remarks. The new genus Roxasellana resembles Roxasella and Tenompoella in appea rance and colour pattern and has similar male genitalia to the latter two genera. It differs from Roxasella in: a) connective inverted V shaped without shaft; b) apical part of style slender; and c) subgenital plate with a row of stout setae. It is also different from Tenompoella in connective and aedeagus. The connective of the latter genus has a very extended long shaft much beyond the joining point with aedeagus; and aedeagus does not have paired processes and its foliaceous socale is not distinctly branched as in the new genus. Roxasellana stellana sp.n. (Fig. 1) Body length (with wings): ♂7.5 mm-9.5 mm,♀8.0 mm-10.0 mm. General body characteristics are as the genus and also shown in the figuer in detail. Holotype: ♂(ZU), Kwangtung (Guangdong) Prov., S.China, Lung-tau Shan, Alt. 600m, Yiu Vill.
