摘要
目的分析周围型小肺癌的X线、CT影像学征象。方法收集临床和病理证实的早期无症状肺癌患者45例,对其影像学进行回顾分析。结果本组早期周围型肺癌X线征象为斑片状、小结节状影。CT表现为斑片状、小结节状、轻度分叶状肿块,小毛刺、血管集束征、胸膜凹陷征,多数直径在1.0～2cm。无纵隔淋巴及肺门转移,且临床症状不明显。结论仔细分析上述X线、CT影像学征象是提高小肺癌早期诊断率的关键。
Objective To analysis of small peripheral lung X-ray, CT imaging signs. Method Collection of clinical and pathological confirmed 45 cases of early asymptomatic lung cancer, their retrospective analysis of imaging. Result Early lung cancer in this group for X-ray findings of patchy, small nodular shadow. CT showed patchy, small nodular, mildly lobulated mass, small burr, vascular convergence sign, pleural indentation, the majority in diameter, 1.0-2cm. Without mediastinal and hilar lymph node metastasis, and clinical symptoms was not obvious. Conclusion Careful analysis of these signs is to improve the early diagnosis of lung cancer rates in small key.
