摘要
在表面活性剂吐温-80存在下,硒与硫氰酸盐和罗丹明B形成水溶性离子缔合物,分光光度法测定硒。缔合物在595nm处有最大吸收,硒量在0~5.0μg/25ml范围内符合比尔定律,表观摩尔吸光系数为4.42×105L·mol-1·cm-1。结合巯基棉分离富集技术,测定了尿硒,结果表明该法灵敏度高,选择性好。
An ion-associate complex was formed from the selenium,thiocyanate and Rbodamine B.The Maximum absorption of the complex is at 595nm,and its apparent molar absorptivity is 4.42×10 5 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 ,Beer's law is obeyed for 0~5.0μg/25ml of selenium.The proposecmethod has been used for the determination of selenium in urine by using sulfhydryl cotton.The results above shows that this method is good in selectivity and sensetivity.
