摘要
目的:探讨有效抢救急性重度有机磷农药中毒(ASOPP)的方法。方法:积极彻底洗胃,合理、有效地应用解毒剂及复能剂,同时进行密切观察与护理。结果:28例急性重度有机磷中毒抢救成功25例,成功率89.2%,死亡3例。结论:系统的内科治疗可提高急性重度有机磷中毒患者治愈率,降低死亡率及并发症发生率,严密的病情观察及护理是抢救成功的关键。
Purpose： Explore effective salvage of acute severe organophosphorus pesticide poisoning （ASOPP） method. Complete- ly positive gastric lavage, reasonable and effective application of toxicidum are methods, while close observation and care. Results 28 patients with acute severe organophosphorus poisoning successful rescue of 25 cases, the success rate of 89. 2%, and 3 died. Conclu- sion ： The systematic medical treatment can improve cure rate of acute severe organophosphorus poisoning patients and decrease mortality and incidence of complications, the condition of strict observation and care is the key to successful treatment.
