摘要
目的:减少和规范退药行为,保证用药安全。方法:对我院2009年1-9月份门诊全部退药处方进行统计分析。结果:药物不良反应、医生用药不当、患者依从性、划价错误为退药主要原因。结论:应建立退药制度,加强医患沟通、减少医师失误,完善药学服务是减少退药行为的有效措施。
Objective： To reduce and specify drug withdrawal behavior, and guarantee the security of medication. Methods： all Drug-return prescriptions were observed from January to September in 2009. Results： Adverse drug reaction, inappropriate medication, patients＇compliance on drug, and Zoned price＇s error lead to drug withdrawal behavior. Conclusions： Establishing the system of drug withdrawal, strengthening doctor -patient communication, reducing the Doctors＇error and improveing service are the major measures that can reduce drug withdrawal behavior.
