摘要
分析了高校图书馆员的综合素质教育的必要性,提出了高校图书馆员的素质要求。列举了在馆员队伍建设方面存在的认识问题,并对完善管理措施,提高图书馆服务工作提供一些有效的方法。
This paper analyzes the importance of comprehensive quality education for college librarians, and presents the re- quirements of their quality. Lists some misunderstanding to improvement of the quality of college librarians, and provides some effective methods to strength college librarians＇ management in order to improve library service.
