摘要
目的:探讨白细胞介素-1(IL-1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子(TNF)与脑缺氧缺血的关系。方法:用双抗体夹心法测定38例脑梗死患者(脑梗死组)、16例短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)患者(TIA组)及40例正常人(对照组)周围血的IL-1、IL-6、TNF水平。结果:发现脑梗死和TIA组的IL-1、IL-6及TNF水平较对照组明显增高,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01);脑梗死组亦较TIA组明显增高,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:以上三种细胞因子在脑缺血和(或)再灌注损伤中可能起重要作用,三者水平越高,脑损害越重。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between three cellular factors (interleukin-1, interleukin6 and tumor necrosis factor) and cerebral hyoxia-ischemia. Method: The levels of interleukin-1 (IL-1 ) interleukin-6 (IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor (TNF) in the peripheral blood in 38 patients with cerebral infarction (infarction group), 16 with transient ischemic attacks (TIA) (TIA group) and 40 normal people (control group) were examined respectively by double antibody sandwish method (ELISA). Results: It was found that the levels of IL-1, IL-6 and TNF in infarction and TIA groups were much higher than those in control group with a highly significant difference (P <0.01 ). Besides, the above levels in infarction group were also higher than those in TIA group, showing a highly significant difference (P <0. 01). Conclusion: IL-1, IL-6 and TNF may play an important role in cerebral infarction and/or re-perfusion injury; the higher levels of the three factors are, the more seriously the brain will be damaged.
