摘要
目的：探讨银杏黄酮式对人体免疫功能的影响。方法；选择具有银杏黄酮甙适应证病人，于用药前和用药后2周分别测定外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、血清免疫球蛋白含量。结果：用药后病人T淋巴细胞CD3、CD4亚群比值以及免疫球蛋白G含量明显升高。结论：银杏黄酮甙对人体免疫系统功能具有兴奋作用。
Objective: To study human's immunical effection of the ginkgetin. Methods: To select the patients with the indication of the ginkgetin and measure the ratio of the T-lympocyte subpopulation and the content of the immunoglobulin in blood before and after the treatment of the ginkgetin. Results: The ratio of the CD3 and CD4 subpopulation of the T-lymphocyte and the content of the IgG rise significantly after the treatment. Conclusion: The ginkgetin has excited actions to the human's immunical function.
