摘要
本文应用电生理方法,观察了预交感神经对其相应节段脊神经背根自发放电的影响。当给颈交感神经干15~20Hz的电刺激后,颈胸段的脊神经背根平均自发放电明显增加,此种作用可持续5~6分钟。经颈静脉直接注射去甲肾上腺素(NE)则未观察到背根自发放电的改变。本实验进一步证实颈交感神经干对初级感觉信息的传递有调制作用。
The effects of electrical stimulating neck sympathetic nervous trunk on Spontaneous discharge of rat dorsal root were investigated with eIectrophysiologcal technique. The mean spontaneous discharging rate of dorsal root increased with 15- 20Hz electrical stimulation, this action could last 5~6min.We tested the effect of neck vein injection of noradrenaline and no change was observed- The results suggest that neck sympathetic nervous trunk has a functional role in primary sensory afferent trans mission.
