摘要
在临床运用“太子健”冲剂治疗小儿厌食病有效的基础上，对该药进行药效学和急性毒性实验研究。结果显示：该药能显著提高小鼠木糖排泄率，提高耐疲劳、耐缺氧能力，对牌虚小鼠体重的恢复有促进作用，能显著增加食量及血清IgG含量，对兔肠平滑肌有增强正常蠕动和缓解异常痉挛的双向调节作用，且无毒副作用，为该药治疗厌食病提供了理论依据。
The test of pharmacodynamics and toxicology heve been done on the basis of effectively treating taedium in children with instant powder for taedium.The result shows that this powder can enhance the D-xylose elimination rate,tiredness tolerance and tolerance to hypoxia of Rats, Promoting appetite,it can help rats with spleen - asthenia to gainweight. It can also increase content of blood serum IgG, it also has dual control effect upon strengthening normal peristalsis and relieving abnormal cramp of Rabbit's intestines of smooth muscle without poisonous side effect, which offered theoreti-cal evidance for treating taedium.
