摘要
以丹参酮ⅡA和原儿茶醛为对照品，采用紫外分光光度法测定了云南大紫丹参中总丹参酮类和水溶性酚酸类成分的含量，方法简便，结果准确，平均含量分别为0.515％和2．698％，回收率分别为100．14％和96.64％．
The amount of tanshinone and water soluble phenolic acid in salvia preewelskii Maximvar. mandrinorum (Diels) stibal of yunnan have been detendned by Ulteraviolet spectrophotometry bycontrasting with tanshinone and protocatechualdehyde. The average amount is 0. 515 per sent and 2.00per sent separately. The rate of meovery is 100.14 per sent and 96.96 per sent. The method is simpleand convenient with acarete result.
