摘要
企业大型化和大企业主导21世纪经济是大势所趋。然而河南大企业普遍存在着规模小、专业化程度低、竞争力弱等问题,这严重制约着河南省许多产业竞争力的提高。什么样的组织模式有利于促进河南大企业的发展呢?对大型企业组织形态演变的文献研究发现:模块化组织正日益演化为大型纵向一体化企业未来重要的组织形态。在这一背景下,引入模块化组织的分析视角对研究河南省大企业的发展与变革具有重要的借鉴意义。
Enterprise large-scale and large enterprises dominant economy of the 21st century is the trend of the times.However,small scale,low degree of specialization and weak competitiveness are problems that universally exist in Henan big enterprises,which seriously restrict the competitiveness of many industries in Henan province.What kind of organization pattern is beneficial to promoting the development of large enterprises in Henan？ By literature research on the evolution of large enterprise organization form,we find that modular organization is increasingly becoming important organization form for large-scale longitudinal integration enterprise in future.In this context,introducing modularization organization perspective to study the development of large enterprises in Henan province,and has important significance.
