利用TGA及DSC研究变压器油浸绝缘纸的老化 被引量:17

摘要 为进一步揭示变压器油浸绝缘纸老化机理,对变压器常用矿物油-纸复合绝缘在110°C下进行了300 d的加速热老化实验。利用热重和差示扫描量热两种热分析方法对油浸绝缘纸的热裂解过程及裂解机理进行了分析,研究了不同老化程度的油浸绝缘纸的热解特性及动力学参数的变化规律。结果表明,不同老化程度的油浸绝缘纸热裂解机理未发生变化;随着绝缘纸老化程度的加深,绝缘纸的热稳定性变差;在绝缘纸老化过程中,绝缘纸热裂解活化能先增加再减小,绝缘纸热焓值呈一直增大趋势,可将绝缘纸热焓值作为判断绝缘纸老化程度的参量之一。 In order to reveal ageing mechanisms of transformer oil-immersed paper,oil-paper insulation accelerating thermal ageing was test at 110°C,and the thermogravimetry(TG) and differential scanning calorimeter(DSC)analyses were applied to study the thermo-decomposing processes and mechanisms of different degree of ageing sample.The result show that different ageing degrees of oil-immersed paper have the same thermo-decomposing mechanism;the thermal stability of paper decreases with ageing;throughout the ageing process,pyrolysis activation energy increases at first and then declines;moreover,a good exponential relation between degree of polymerization and the enthalpy is found,so the paper enthalpy can be used as one of paramerters for evaluating ageing grade of insulation.
