摘要
云南煤炭资源丰富，发展前景好，但矿山基础差，生产工艺落后，技术装备陈旧，资源浪费大，产品结构不合理，为此文章提出了统筹规划、合理布局等一些对策建议。
Coal resources abound in Yunnan Province and have developmentable prospects. Coal mines in the province are backward in technology and obsolete in equipment and wasteful in coal resources and inappropriate in product variety. The author puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures such as “overall planning” and “rational distribution of coal industry” and the others.
