摘要
为使我国矿山地质工作迅速发展，本文提出了宏观预测矿产资源趋势，凋整矿山地质工作的战略地位；加快矿山地质工作的现代化，既注意与世界发展接轨，又要结合我国具体国情；加强资源和环境的保护，调整矿山地质人员的任务与职责等发展策略。
In order to rapidly develop China's mine geological work, this paper shows the trend of macroforecasting mineral resources, and presents a series of development strategies such as regulating the strategical position of mine geological work; quickening the modernization of mine geological work; paying attention to connection with the world's development and according with the concrete conditions of China; strengthening the resources and environment protection; regulating the targets and duties of mine geological personnel, and go on.
