摘要
本文经研究发现:超细加工在完成坡缕石纤维束分离的同时,将导致被缕石晶胞参数a、b、c减小,基本结构单元以连接点为支点发生一定程度的旋转,从而产生结构孔道畸变;有利于提高坡缕石对大分子吸附质的吸附能力,而不利于对小分子吸附质的吸附;使坡缕石表面断键增加,表面SiOH含量增大;导致坡缕石超细粉水溶液碱性增强、导电性离子含量增加,导电性能高于原粉;使坡缕石的流变性能优化。
The studies show that the ultra fine processing would damage crystal structure meanwhile strippingpalygorskite fibre, resulting in decreasing crystal cell parameters a, b, c, basis structural unit turning, and structuralchannel distorting.Ultrafine processing is favourable to increase absorbability of palygorskite to bigger organic molecule, but it isnot beneficial to absorb smaller molecule. Ultrafine processing may increase number of surface break bonds andsurface SiOH. it would result in increasing alkalinity and electric conductivity, and optimizing rheological properties of palygorskite.
