摘要
在对国内外有色矿山规模水平实证分析的基础上，分析了我国办矿旧模式对矿山规模经济和最低工业品位的负面影响，评价了我国矿业规模经济的实现程度。并进一步探讨了通过改变我国办矿旧模式改进矿山、矿山企业、矿业产业三个层次的规模经济的实现途径及其效果。
This paper studies the negative influence of China's old mode of mine construction on the miningscale economy and the lowest industrial grade based on analysing the domestic and oversea scale of nonferrousmetals mines, and appraises the degree of realizing the scale economy of nonferrous meatls mines in China; and finally discusses the effect and the way for improving and realizing three scale economies, i. e. mine, mine enterpriseand mining industry, through changing the mode of mine construction.
