人工挖孔桩及下卧软土层地基加固处理技术

摘要 在对东江制药厂Vc工程主要建筑物施工人工挖孔桩基础时,有11个挖孔桩因水量大,施工困难,加之大量抽水,造成地面塌陷,迫使施工暂停。针对这一问题,对人工挖孔桩进行了修复,并对其余建筑物的基础改为浅埋后,用高压旋喷注浆加固下卧软土层地基,取得了良好的效果。 In the process of laying the man holed piles foundations of main buildings for works Vc of Dongjiang pharmaceutical factory,the water retaining capacity in 11 man holed piles was so high that the construction was difficult,in addition,due to high pumping rate,the ground subsidence occurred and the construction was forced to stop temporarily.According to the problems stated above,the man holed piles were restored and the foundation of other buildings was changed into a shallow laying,then the high pressure jetgrouting was used to consolidate the underlying soft formation,with a good result.
