Steady-State Thermal Analysis Models for a Gear Transmission System

摘要 以某直升机齿轮传动系统为研究对象,用热网络法建立了该传动系统的热平衡方程组,建立了热阻计算模型、功率损失计算模型和对流换热计算模型,为预测该传动系统的稳态温度场奠定了基础。 The thermal equilibrium coupled equations of a helicopter geartransmission system are built by thermal network methnod. The calculating models forthermal resistance, power losses and convective heat transfers are established, whichlays a foundation of predicting the steady-state temperature field of the transmissionsystem.
