摘要 李立峰博士的《中国高校招生考试中的区域公平研究》对“倾斜的高考分数线”这个十分复杂的焦点问题进行了迄今为止最为全面深入的研究。该书超越以往研究成果的一个重要方面就是把研究建立在复合正义论基础之上,拥有一个有足够解释力的理论框架;而选择历史轨迹的梳理作为研究的切入点既是该书的一大特色也是保障研究水平的必要条件;该书对高等教育入学机会公正应当遵循的原则和“倾斜的高考分数线”形成的根源、解决的途径与改革的方向等问题均进行了创新性的论述。 Dr. Li Lifeng has carried out in his new book A Study on Regional Equity in China's College Entrance Examinations a research, which has been so far the most comprehensive and the most thorough-going, into the complicated focal point of the "Slopping Grade Line in the College Entrance Examinations". The book is based on the compound justice theory and accompanied by a theoretic framework with adequate explanatory power, thus transcending all the earlier achievements in this field of studies and marked by a diachronic approach in the research, which guarantees the research level and also holds an original discussion on a series of issues including the principle of justice for higher education admission opportunities, the root cause and proper handling of the sloping grade line in the college entrance examinations as well as the orientations of reform.
