摘要
以3-羟基-2-萘酸为原料,通过溴化、还原、酯化、亚硝化等一系列反应制得中间体4-亚硝基-7-溴-2-萘酸甲酯(Ⅳ).化合物(Ⅳ)与费歇尔碱缩合即得题示化合物——N-十八烷基-3,3-二甲基-5′-甲氧羰基-8′-溴吲哚啉螺萘并口恶嗪(Ⅴ).通过元素分析、红外光谱、核磁共振等手段对合成的中间体及目标分子的结构进行了表征.化合物(Ⅴ)具有光致变色性能.
An intermediater 4 nitroso 7 bromo 3 hydroxyl naphthalene methylcarboxylate (Ⅳ) was obtained by bromination,reduction,esterification and nitrosylation from 3 hydroxyl 2 naphthalenecarboxylic acid.Then the title compound N alkyl 3, 3 dimethyl 5′ methoxycarbonyl 8 bromo indolinospironaphthoxazine (Ⅴ) was synthesised by the cyclo condendensation of (Ⅳ) with Fischer base.The structures of these compounds obtained were identified by elemental analysis,IR and 1HNMR.
