摘要
针对胃病原体幽门螺杆菌H.pylori基因组对象相关的N-末端肽序列,提出了一种新的基于粗糙集的模式分类器方法,并阐述了相应的设计过程;所构造的模式分类器模型具有灵活的粗糙集表示结构,并与有效的粗糙集模式分类机制有着有机的联系.该方法不仅在非确定性信息处理方面具有理论意义,而且在将高新科技手段应用于生命科学前沿领域方面,是一种非常有益的探索,相应的计算机实验结果表明了该研究方法的有效性和实用性.
Focussing on N terminal peptide sequence of gastric pathogen H.pylori genome, a novel pattern classifier method is proposed based on rough set and corresponding designing procedure is described as well. The pattern classifier model constructed is with a flexible architecture for rough set representation. The method has great significance in the respects of uncertain information processing and proves to be a beneficial effort to apply high technological tools in the frontier of life science. The corresponding experiment result shows that the research method is efficient and practical.
