摘要
通过回转窑磁化焙烧、球磨、磁选工艺可从含铁50%左右的铜陵硫酸渣中生产出TFe>62%,低P低S的铁精矿,金属回收率大于80%,精矿产率大于60%。
A technology which is for the production of iron concentrate from pyrite cinder containing about 50% Fe in Tonglin was described in this paper. The technology includes magnetising roast in rotary kiln,ball grinding and magnetic separation . An iron concentrate with more than 62% Fe and low P and S can be obtained by above mentioned technology. Recovery of iron is more than 85% and yeild of iron concentrate is more than 60%.
