旋转正压大气中的非线性Schrdinger方程和大气阻塞 被引量:11

NONLINEAR SCHRODINGER EQUATION IN THE ROTATIONAL ATMOSPHERE AND ATMOSPHERIC BLOCKING

摘要 本文利用WKB方法导出了旋转正压大气中的非线性Rossby波所满足的立方Schrodinger方程,指出在1≤m≤2的情况下,非线性Schrodinger方程具有包络孤立波解,同时我们还对大气中的包络Rossby孤立波的流场进行了计算,结果得到了阻塞高压和切断低压等结构,并且这些阻塞系统能够维持五天以上。 In this paper, the WKB method is used to obtain the nonlinear schrodinger equation satisfied by nonlinear Rossby wave in the rotational atmosphere. It is found that the nonlinear Schrodinger equation has envelope solitary wave solution under the condition 1≤m≤2, and the phase speed of envelope solitary Rossby wave is related to the square of its amplitude linearly, that is, the larger the amplitude of envelope solitary Rossby wave, the smaller its propagation speed. Furthermore, the blocking high and cut-off low which are consistent with the observations of blocking in the atmosphere are obtained by calculating envelope solitary Rossby wave, and the blockings persist more than five days, the. results demonstrate that the envelope solitary Rossby wave is an possible mechanism about the formation, maintenance and break out of blocking in the atmosphere.
