摘要
我国政府已把煤层气的开发利用作为一种产业来扶持，中联公司承担着我国煤层气资源的勘探、开发、生产等任务。在有关部门的指导下，中联公司已确立了以产品分成合同为主的对外合作模式，积极开发新的对外合作项目。目前煤层气开发对外合作事业正蓬勃开展，其中山西河东煤层气区有着良好的合作开发前景，将成为我国主要的煤层气开发基地之一。
Coal-bed methane developmentand utitization as an industial sector, the Chinese goverment has been supporting the coal-bed methanedevelopment and utilization because the Chinese goverment considers it an industrial sector. China UnitedCoal-Bed methane Corp. is in charge of the exploration, development and production of coal-bed methane inChina. Under the guidance of competence authorities, China United CBM Corp. has extablished aninternational cooperation mode which in based upon productsplitting contract system. In identifyinginternational cooperation new projects, work on this field has been developing vigorately. With promisingjoint development future, coal-bed methane projects of shanxi Hedong will probally becoming one of themajor coal-bed methane development bases.
