摘要
目的:采用蛋白质组学技术在蛋白质表达水平探讨左归饮与肾阴虚证方证相应的机理。方法:将SD大鼠随机分为正常对照组、肾阴虚证模型组与左归饮组3组,对其肝、肾组织蛋白质提取液及血清分别进行蛋白质双向电泳并对电泳图谱进行分析,找出左归饮调节纠正的蛋白质,并进行质谱分析鉴定。结果:找出左归饮调节纠正的蛋白质点21个,质谱鉴定出18种蛋白质。结论:左归饮可以调节纠正肾阴虚证模型动物有关的糖代谢、脂肪代谢、信号传导等酶类非正常表达的蛋白质。
Objective: To explore the mechanisms of Zuoguiyin to cure kidney-yin deficiency using proteomic technique on the expression levels of protein.Methods: SD rats were randomly divided into three groups as follows: normal group、model group and treatment group.The proteins of liver tissue、 kidney tissue and serum were separated and analysed by two-dimensional gel(2-DE) to find regulated proteins by Zuoguiyin.The mass spectrometry was used to identify these proteins.Results: 21 differentially expressed protein spots were detected,and 18 proteins spots were identify.Conclusion: Zuoguiyin could regulate differentially expressed protein of model rats with kidney-yin deficiency,which include glucose metabolism,lipid metabolism,signal transduction,antioxidation.
