甜菜夜蛾被淡足侧沟茧蜂寄生后的生理变化 被引量:5

摘要 研究了甜菜夜蛾2龄末~4龄初幼虫被淡足侧沟茧蜂寄生后,寄主体重、发育进度及氨基酸含量的变化。结果表明:被寄生幼虫较对照幼虫体重降低,虫体总氨基酸含量增加,而血淋巴内氨基酸含量减少,其中含量增加的氨基酸有酪氨酸Tyr、赖氨酸Lys和精氨酸Arg;含量减少的氨基酸有苏氨酸Thr、丝氨酸Ser、甘氨酸Gly、蛋氨酸Met、异亮氨酸Ile、组氨酸His和脯氨酸Pro,且甜菜夜蛾被寄生幼虫发育进度减慢,表明寄生后淡足侧沟茧蜂需要一定的历期才完成其生长发育。 The changes of weight, instars, development rate and amino acids of Spodoptera exigua late 2^rd to early 4^th instar larvae parasitized by Mieroplitis pallidipes were studied. It revealed that weight of larvae parasitized was lighter than that of normal larvae, total aimino acids content of body of larvae parasitized was more than that of normal larvae, but amino acids content in hemolymph of larvae parasitized was less than that of normal larvae, in which, the amino acids which its content increased were tyrosine, lysine and arginine, the amino acids which its content reduced were threonine, serine, glycine, methionine, isoleucine, histidine and proline, also the developmental rate of Spodoptera exigua larvae parasitized slowed down. It indicated that the developmental duration of Mieroplitis pallidipes is certain in the body of Spodoptera exigua larvae.
