摘要
针对广西玉米育种材料遗传基础狭窄这一关键问题,此研究采用S1改良法群体内轮回选择与自交系谱选择相结合的育种方法,选育出"南99"自交系;经配合力测定和性状鉴定表明,"南99"是一个一般配合力和特殊配合力都高、综合农艺性状好、抗病虫性强、适应性广、自身产量高的自交系,用它做母本分别选育成南校18号、南校968、南校9665和南校201等四个优良玉米单交种并通过广西品种审定。其有较高的利用价值和广泛的应用前景。
Guangxi narrow genetic base of maize breeding material to this critical issue, this study the use of S1 recurrent selection within the group improved method of spectral selection and inbred lines combining breeding methods, breeding out the "South 99" inbred line; by Combining Ability determination and character identification that the "South 99" is a general combining ability and specific combining ability are high, a comprehensive good agronomic traits, resistant to insect pests and strong, wide adaptability, high yield of the inbred lines themselves, using it to do the female parent selection into the South were the school on the 18th, South School 968,South School 9665, South 201 schools in four elite maize single cross hybrids and varieties of validation through Guangxi. That they have a high utilization value and wide application prospects.
