摘要
本研究将碱性蛋白酶应用于生产黄牛软鞋面革的浸水工序,并将其与常规工艺进行了对比。通过对坯革进行物理机械性能检测和感观评定,确定利用碱性蛋白酶作为生产黄牛软鞋面革的浸水助剂,不仅可以缩短浸水时间还可以减少黄牛皮颈部皱纹,提高得革率,使坯革粒面细致,革身丰满、柔软。
In this paper, we have used one kind of alkaline protease in soaking process of producing cattle hide upper leather, and contrast this method with common method. By testing the leather's physic property and feel,we consider that,using alkaline protease as soking auxiliary agent in producing cattle hide upper leather,soaking time can be shorted,the wrinkles in neck section can be decreased and yield can be increased,the leather has a fine grain,a soft and full feel.
