摘要
构造了一种用刚性梁单元和扭转弹簧单元来模拟轿车车身接头模型的方法。简化模型的参数有扭转弹簧的方向和刚度系数。通过扭转弹簧的刚度来考虑接头的柔度,通过弹簧的方向来考虑接头分支的角位移耦合。通过超单元方法和加载实验2种方法,给出了接头简化模型参数的确定方法。数值算例证明了提出的方法的有效性。
A research of the loading characteristics of joints in car body structure was done in this paper and the new rigid-beam and spring conduced model of joints is presented.The conduced model's parameters are the direction vectors and the constants of torsional springs.The spring constants are used to simulate the flexibility of joints.The direction vectors are used to simulate the coupling of angular rotation.Two methods are presented to obtain parameters in conduced model. A numerical example proved the validity of new conduced model.
