摘要
分析了南京地区10 kV架空线路和电缆的绝缘介损和耐压试验数据,探索了现有10 kV设备直接升压至20 kV的可行性;通过升压20 kV配电网络的试运行,发现及验证了20 kV网络出现的问题,为10 kV线路升压和推广应用20 kV做出了有益的探索。
The testing data of the insulation dielectric loss and withstanding voltage of 10 kV overhead lines and cables in Nanjing area were analyzed.The feasibility of directly boosting the existing equipments from 10 kV to 20 kV was explored.Through the operation of the boosted 20 kV distribution network,the problems of the 20 kV network were found and verified,which made useful exploration for boosting 10 kV lines and extending the application of 20 kV lines.
