节能减排双目标下发电置换优化模型 被引量:2

Optimization Model of Power Generation Replacement for Energy Saving and Emission Reduction

摘要 发电行业的节能减排在我国的节能减排工作中发挥着非常重要的作用。除了技术手段之外,资源的优化重组也是实现发电行业节能减排的一个重要途径。首先构建了单区域的节能减排双目标优化模型,在此基础上考虑到区域互换的潜在效益,构建了区域发电功率置换优化模型,并给出了发电机组增量收入分配模型。上述模型层层递进,容易理解,可操作性强。 The energy-saving and emission reduction of electric power generation industry plays an important role in China′s energy-saving and emission reduction.In addition to technical means,re-optimizing the allocation of resources is an important way to achieve the energy saving and emission reduction in power generation industry.A single regional optimization model was first built for energy-saving and emission reduction in this paper.On this basis,a regional power generation replacement optimization model was constructed with concern to the potential benefits of regional exchange,and the distribution model for the incremental income of generating unit model was given in this paper.The models are progressive.They are easy to understand and practice.
